Young white wine made from Viura grapes. The grapes are harvested and pressed with care to obtain the must which will
ferment at control temperatures. Once the wine has achieved freshness, flavour and acidity, alcohol reduction occurs. This reduction occurs through a process of Reverse Osmosis reaching 9 degrees.
Pale yellow wine with gold trim.
The pineapple and apple aromas characteristic of the variety, reflect its freshness and good aromatic character.
The palate has a medium intensity, very fruity, with a slight citric acidity that invites us to continue to enjoy their naturalness and freshness.
It can be paired with appetizers, fish, salads, even due to its low graduation may be taken without accompaniment.
The recommended temperature of consumption is 12 º C
