Manual harvest. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at control temperatures. Following alcoholic fermentation the wine is transferred to oak casks where it remains between 5 and 6 months. The contact with the wood provides the wine with its balanced aroma which characterizes the wine.

Once the wine has achieved freshness, flavour and acidity, alcoholreduction occurs. This reduction occurs through a process of Reverse Osmosis reaching 9 degrees.
